FAQ

Idaho High School seniors with an EDUID (state identifier number) enrolled in an Idaho public high school or charter school, homeschool students, and Idaho private school students whose schools elected to participate in a state sponsored application.

No! There is no cost for students using Apply Idaho. You can apply to a college or school directly on their website, but there may be a fee to apply, whereas Apply Idaho does not require an application fee to create an account or submit.

Yes. You have the option to return to your account and complete your application later, as all information is saved. However, once you hit “submit,” your application will be sent and cannot be changed. You can only edit profile information and add schools.

No. You cannot edit the original major selection with the institution you submitted to. You will need to contact the college or university directly to update your major/program that was submitted.

You can apply to any college or university listed in the Apply Idaho application. Applying to colleges outside of your letter means you are not guaranteed pre-admission

Double check you are using a personal email. School email accounts often block external emails.

Idaho College Month can open the door for students by encouraging them to take the most significant steps toward college in their senior year. Idaho College Month emphasizes the relationship between applying to and paying for college and helps break down some of the most complex and commonly cited barriers to attending college.
